Our annual Northwestern tailgate was the highlight for those wearing purple this Saturday. Willie the Wildcat even made a guest appearance. Too bad the Wildcat offense failed to show up today, as well.
MIAMI (OH) – YAGER STADIUM
Lost amongst the farms and forests of western Ohio lies Yager Stadium. If Highway 732 is chosen as the route to reach this destination, you might feel lost yourself.
Game 271: Marshall @ Miami (OH)
A rare home opening homecoming game for Miami had fans buzzing with anticipation around the red bricked campus in Oxford. Marshall being the opponent added even more hype. The enthusiasm was hitting its peak during the pregame Hawk Walk when…
NEW MEXICO STATE – AGGIE MEMORIAL STADIUM
One of college football’s hidden gems lies in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The setting alone is special. The high peaked mountains that rise above outside of Aggie Memorial Stadium are stunning. A lot of losing seasons have kept the fan base from being energized, but when they are on, it is considerably fierce.

The stadium here at Florida is nicknamed The Swamp. Coined by coaching legend Steve Spurrier, the nickname caught on when he famously said, “In the Swamp, only gators get out alive.” That statement holds a lot of truth as Ben Hill Griffin Stadium stands tall, imposing, and loud.
Game 268: Florida State @ Florida
Packed stadium.
Loud and rowdy fans.
Seething loathsomeness.
Rivalry Saturday was alive in Gainesville.

Central Florida is a young program compared to its college football peers. Fielding its first team in 1979, the Knights grew into an FBS (Division 1) team in 1996. The city of Orlando has embraced UCF football and the fan intensity is proof.
Game 267: South Florida @ #15 Central Florida
It’s the War on I-4, and the budding rivalry between UCF and USF could not hold more importance. The winner would go to the American Conference championship game. Above that, UCF enters this game undefeated and looking for a New Year’s Six bowl game. This is Orlando’s football team, and with all at stake today, Spectrum Stadium became one of the most electric environments I have experienced.
